Diana is co-founder of the Uncharted Leadership Institute and Chair of the Australian Adaptive Leadership Institute. In her work as a leadership educator, Diana weaves together adaptive leadership, complexity theory and adult development to help individuals, teams, and organisations better navigate change and make progress on complex challenges. Diana has co-authored 'Not Knowing: the art of turning uncertainty into an opportunity (2014), UK. Management Book of the Year, and 'Not Doing: the art of effortless action' (2018).
